He had been in the restaurant business his whole life growing up in Boston and Revere. His resume includes Saucier Chef at the Colonnade in Boston, night chef at the Logan Hilton, The Sheraton in Boston, The Plantation Beef Steak House, and The Pillar House in Newton. Dennis son Doug serves as General Manager for the restaurant and the two have positioned Topside as one of the premiere spots in Gloucester! With a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and great food, the Topside Grill is here to show you what Gloucester s all about. The menu of the Topside Grill is home to some of the freshest seafood around as well as a delicious selection of Italian cuisine.
